Roman Rieznikov
With over 9 years of experience in massage therapy and physical rehabilitation, Roman offers a deep and integrative approach to body care and recovery. Roman obtained a Masters degree in Physical Therapy in Ukraine before moving to the U.S. He then completed further education in massage therapy and personal training. He holds three Masters degrees and has performed thousands of therapeutic massage sessions, helping clients overcome a wide range of musculoskeletal issues.
As a former professional volleyball player, Roman understands not only the technical aspects of sport, but also the physical demands it places on the body. This firsthand experience allows him to tailor recovery methods that address real-world stress, fatigue, and athletic wear. Roman is also deeply connected to an active lifestyle himself. He trains daily, enjoys boxing, regularly plays volleyball, and practices golf — allowing him to better understand the movement patterns, strain, and recovery needs of his athletic clients.
Roman has worked extensively with professional athletes — including football players, boxers, swimmers, wrestlers, and competitors in various Olympic disciplines. This hands-on experience enables him to restore and optimize athletic performance, taking the body’s functionality to an even higher level.
He specializes in treating pain and dysfunction in the neck, spine, lower back, and joints. Michael Haber
Michael is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who transitioned from medical school to be a more consistent pillar of support throughout the recovery process. His experience ranges from day-to-day discomfort from acute and chronic conditions to neurological and vestibular rehabilitation.
Michael has a history as a ballroom and social dancer, including competing in the National Collegiate Dancesport Championships. He currently practices dance, and he has decades of experience in tennis and racing as well. Michael is Pilates trained through Balanced Body for both Reformer and Mat Pilates. He will soon be pursuing his Gyrokinesis Instructor Credential.
