Amanda is a chiropractor who completed her degree in Toronto, Canada and studied under PTs, osteopaths, and athletic therapists. She has had extensive education in anatomy and biomechanics, and is not your ‘typical chiropractor’ – though she is extremely proficient at adjustments, she believes they are a tool to be used as an adjunct to treatment, and only when medically necessary. Amanda loves diagnostics and problem solving, and will dig deep until she finds and treats the root cause of the issue.

Pass me on the street, and you wouldn’t think twice (other than my incredible good looks, obviously). Yet, I’ve participated in some of the most challenging events on the planet. I completed 53 hours straight of Sealfit Kokoro (no sleep!), and I participated in GORUCK Selection, the hardest endurance event in the world on the beaches of Normandy, France.
What I’ve learned from these events is how to dedicate myself to a goal and persevere. I want to help you reach YOUR goals and overcome any mental obstacles that stand in your way!
My passion is to ignite the human spirit in others. I’ve inspired millions of people around the world with my story, and now it’s your turn. I coach on goal setting, mental toughness and discipline, and how physical training (whether it’s a 1 mile run or 48 hour long event) are an incredible pathway to discovering your true Self; that hero deep within your bones that is always there! Whether it’s one on one physical training, goal setting coaching, or group “team based” workouts, let me use my own, wild experiences and time as a Sealfit and Unbeatable Mind trainer to help you accomplish anything you set your mind to.
I use a balance of empathy + drive to coach you to push that “I can’t do this” ceiling in your mind inch by inch and find a well of untapped potential within you. Let’s do this! Hooyah!

Ruzanna Seelig, MT, CLT, CAMTC # 94410. My credentials include advanced neuromuscular massage therapy and medical massage clinical training (Associate of Science, National Holistic Institute), certification in sports massage through AMTA, and training and certification in Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique) as well as Complete Decongestive Therapy with the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Massage therapy is one of my main passions, and I view it not only as a tool to relax, but also as a non-pharmacological approach to pain management, rehabilitation, and injury prevention.
Originally from Kazakhstan, I moved to the United States in 2008. As a child, one of my favorite books was the Human Anatomy, which I read every day. It was my first true passion to dance because of my love of the human body movement.I earned my BA as a professional ballet teacher in Kazakhstan, and when I came to the United States, I began teaching ballet, gymnastics, and stretching to professional rhythmic gymnasts. My knowledge of kinesiology and proper body mechanics when performing specific movements led me to discover the benefits of massage and how it can help easetension, relieve pain, and promote longevity in athletes who strive to be safe while performing their sports. My motto is to work smart, not hard and I apply that in my massage sessions as well, utilizing specificity of touch, addressing the required muscle groups to achieve the best results, along with a variety of massage modalities tailored to the individual needs of each client.
When I’m not working, I like to read, meditate, hike, exercise, explore new places, write music, and spend time with my son, as well as my family and close friends.
